The long hazelnut colored beach Playa Avellanas welcomes you to enjoy the sunshine whether you are fishing, surfing, or quenching your thirst at the world class beach restaurant and bar ¨Lolas¨. Being one of the first long term places for rent in the area we have lots of experience pertaining to Costa Rica and will gladly share it with you. There are 6 fully equipped rental units on the property not including my house and glass art studio. Now in the recent years I have taken over the responsibility of operating Las Casitas. I grew up loving the dirt roads and the all around epic experience of this beautiful place. Since then we have worked together to create a special place for you to come and call home. My name is Elliott Rosano, my mother and father relocated my siblings and I to Costa Rica in June of 2002. Take a 1 mile or 10 minute nature walk to the most beautiful beach in Costa Rica: Playa Avellanas. Our hard work, love, and dedication to the land shows in our tropical landscape surrounding the casitas, with many different palms and flowering plants. We are a family owned business in a quiet atmosphere nestled within 2 1/2 acres.
